Complete Stage6 Intake Kit MK2 Minarelli horizontal (Yamaha Aerox), top quality intake kit with reed valve and intake manifold.

The kit includes:

• coated intake manifold with oil / vacuum ports
• NBR reed valve, vulcanized
• gaskets, screws, stuffer etc.

Stock engines are equipped with 1-petal reed valves; adding a 2-petal "Big Valve" kit will improve performance noticeably und is indispensable when upgradig your engine with a bigger carb. There are several adapters available that allow for upgrading your scooter with a carburetor with larger diameter (Keihin PWK, Mikuni TM24 or KOSO 28mm) without having to replace the entire manifold; you can find them under "Spare Parts". The adapter that comes with the kit fits all Dellorto 10–21mm and Arreche 17–21mm carbs.

NOTE: since the intake is pretty long, the original airbox can no longer be used, please eplace with a racing air filter. On some models (e.g. Aprilia SR), the intake manifold or the frame have to be modified so the carburettor will have enough space.
